Five-pocket jeans made with double-needle lap seam. The wide-legged silhouette is based on work pants from the era when denim pants were called 'waist-overalls', and has been modernised by SOC. The silhouette is the widest model in the standard series with a combination of elegance and ease of wear. The curved decorative stitching on the front pockets and the W-shaped buckles are original designs that also serve as reinforcement, making this model a fusion of function and style. The front placket is constructed as a continuous one-piece, which is a vintage workwear design to prevent the crotch from tearing due to force. The reinforcement of the back pockets and the pocket fabric are made of a separate fabric, and the seams on the inside of the leg are folded inside instead of using a over-lock machine. The profound details of vintage denim are further elaborated by integrating the skills of expert craftsmen.
A custom-produced 14oz selvedge denim made with long staple U.S. cotton, giving the fabric a dry texture. Woven on shuttle looms, it gives the fabric the distinctive character very similar to vintage denim. The denim is milled by Nihon Menpu Mills in Japan.

Stevenson Overall Company, founded in the early 20th century, is known for its production of workwear, particularly overalls and other durable clothing. The company gained prominence in the garment industry as demand for sturdy, practical clothing grew among labourers and farmers.
The company's products were characterised by their rugged design and functionality, catering to the needs of blue-collar workers. Over time, Stevenson Overall Co. built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and durability, which became important selling points in a competitive market. Sadly, as a result of the Great Depression, the brand ceased operations in the 1930s.
Stevenson Overall Co. was relaunced in 2005 by Atsusuke Tagaya and Zip Stevenson. In recent years, the brand has experienced a resurgence in popularity, largely driven by the vintage clothing trend and a growing appreciation for Americana. This revival has led to a renewed interest in their classic styles, with enthusiasts and collectors seeking out vintage pieces.
Stevenson Overall Co. has also embraced modern production techniques while maintaining a commitment to traditional craftsmanship, appealing to both new customers and those nostalgic for the brand's heritage. The company is especially known for its use of flat-felled seams in the production of its jeans, as well as distinctive and unusual back pockets and stitching.
